Aloha,
In the past few months, Saint Anthony Jr. Sr. High School sent 39 young
men and women out into the world as graduates and welcomed about 500
alumni, family, and friends, back to its campus for the Ho’olaulea.
Our new graduates eagerly face the future with their hopes and dreams, and will take on the
many challenges that life has in store for them. They have been given the skills needed to be
successful, as well as instilled with values of our Marianist tradition. We look forward to their
adventures and will continue to support them in their journeys.
Our journey at Saint Anthony has taken many detours, but the destination and goals are the
same. We want to continue to give our students “a quality education in a Christian environment.”
We have caring teachers, staff, and administrators, who are working diligently to
provide the quality education that our students need and deserve. Bishop Larry Silva and the
Hawaii Catholic Schools continue to support our endeavors.
Quality education comes at a big price. We are blessed to have Fr. Jim Orsini Principal Emeritus
and Development Director Kathleen DeLima, work on behalf of our students and school
community. They have a monumental task ahead of them, but one that can be accomplished
with your kokua.
Fr. Jim is just one of the illustrious principals that I follow. I humbly ask your prayers as I
journey down this path. With God’s help, I will do my best in this new role as Principal and, as
always, our students will come first. Please contact me with your comments or concerns.
Thank you for supporting our Saint Anthony Jr. Sr. High School community.
Aloha Pumehana,
Patricia Rickard
